Individual Counselling
Sessions are 50 minutes long and I will always give you a gentle prompt when we have a few minutes left so we can bring the session to an end. There is no pressure to commit to a certain number of sessions, you are welcome to come along for as little or as long as you feel you need and of course we can discuss this together.

I accept bank transfer two days before the session or cash on the day.
